To create a solid foundation of leadership skills for their leaders, our client approached us as their trusted partner. The request was to design and deliver a customized leadership development program.

The Solution: Elevate

Elevate, our client’s transformative leadership development program, combined teaching models and frameworks with group coaching for leaders of all levels. Participants developed key leadership skills, increased emotional intelligence, and enhanced their ability to lead for results. Elevate had been designed with our client’s remote workforce and unique ways of working at its core.

Through a highly interactive virtual experience, participants learned through hands-on practice and connecting with their peers. This customizable learning program contained a combination of live sessions, asynchronous learning, and group coaching.
